1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

2. Product Orders & Contracts

When placing an order on our eCommerce portals, you are making an offer to purchase. An order contract is only formed when we send you a formal shipping dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our sole discretion due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, a full refund will be processed immediately.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Payments must be cleared in full before products are dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure checkout portals. All transaction data is processed in a secure environment complying with PCI-DSS guidelines.

4. Worldwide Shipping & Custom Duties

We organize delivery of products to UK and selected international addresses. While we strive to meet target shipping schedules, estimated delivery times are not legally binding guarantees.

International shipments may be subject to local import customs duties and VAT taxes once a package reaches the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refund Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, retail customers have the right to cancel their purchase agreement and return items within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing justification.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless an item is proven defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, trade marks, database rights, and other intellectual property in the website design, layout, source code, copy, logos, and graphics belong exclusively to AVENAURA LTD. No licenses are granted for commercial exploitation of site contents.

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms, and any claims or disputes relating to purchase contracts or website usage, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
